11Alto AG is a Zürich-based market-entry platform for international health companies. It represents, distributes and operates health brands in Switzerland, from Swiss authorised representation and importing to distribution through pharmacies, retailers and online marketplaces, with one contract and one accountable lead.

David Martinez
FOUNDER & CEODavid Martinez began his career in engineering at GE Healthcare and Rockwell Automation, transferring production lines and working across quality, production supervision and production planning. He then spent a decade in Roche's Pharmaceuticals Division, across supply chain, manufacturing finance, commercial and strategic planning, and procurement. He founded 11Alto in 2026 to bring that end-to-end view to health companies entering Switzerland. He is based in Zürich.
